VIP licence
HEADING OS installed on your own infrastructure, set up around the way you work, and supported for twelve months. For a CEO or an executive who wants the system running, not a weekend project.
First year from $24,850.
Who it is for
- A chief executive or a member of the executive team whose hours cost more than the setup.
- A company whose rules say mail, contacts and plans stay on its own infrastructure.
- Someone who wants to start on day one with the system fitted to them: their mailbox, their calendar, their voice, their records.
If you are comfortable at a terminal and enjoy the setup, you do not need this. The engine is free, and the guides walk through every step.

- Hardware and GPUs, or the cloud machine they run on.
- Other models and services you choose to use, and their fees.
- On-site work and travel, available at cost when you want someone in the room.
Why it costs this
| Installation | 6 to 10 working days of skilled work: the machine, local models, mail, calendar, messaging, the memory server, the tracker, the model proxy and the data repository, then your voice, your records and onboarding. At enterprise AI consulting rates of $250 to $400 an hour, that alone is $12,000 to $32,000. |
|---|---|
| A year of support | Even 3 to 4 hours a month comes to $9,000 to $19,000 at the same rates. |
| What it takes over | A strong executive assistant costs $60,000 to $120,000 a year, a chief of staff $150,000 to $250,000. HEADING OS does part of that work, every day, on your machines. |
So $24,850 sits at the lower end of what the installation and a year of support would cost on their own, and well under a year of the assistant whose work it shares.
What the first year includes
- Turnkey remote installation of HEADING OS and all its components on your infrastructure: the server or virtual machine, local models, mail, calendar, messaging, the memory server, the task tracker, the model proxy and your private data repository.
- Set up for you: your mail and calendar connected, models chosen for your work, the system taught your voice, your existing records brought in, an onboarding session, and a personal enabler for your first weeks.
- Twelve months of support from a team, not one person: updates, fixes, and help when something stops.
- Early access to new features, and to capabilities the public version will not carry.
What VIP adds to the public version
Fully managed, personally yours
A dedicated team maintains the platform: its skills, its safeguards, its integrations, delivered to you as updates. Your data stays on your infrastructure, and nobody from HEADING OS sees it. You get a capability that keeps improving without becoming its administrator.
A personal enabler for your first weeks
After handover a specialist works with you, learns how you work, and turns your recurring tasks into ready-made requests. By the time they step back, HEADING OS already knows your rhythm.
Your inbox, triaged every morning
Mail grouped by conversation into one digest, with suggested actions and replies drafted in your voice. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Speak to it, from anywhere
Say it instead of typing it, and capture a thought from your phone between meetings. It is waiting for you when you sit back down at your desk.
Approved by IT once, for everyone
One deployment, one data policy, and connections to mail, calendar, CRM and document stores approved centrally. No executive fights their own security review.
Your CRM, if you already have one
HEADING OS keeps its own contact records. If your company runs Salesforce or HubSpot, a connection to it is something we scope with you on the call.
Results you can measure
We start with the two or three workflows you repeat most, and track time and quality before and after, with you. You see the return on your own calendar, not in a demo.
How it works
- 1
Request
A short form below: who you are, how many executives, which mail system you use. We reply within 48 hours.
- 2
Call
We talk through your day, your infrastructure and what you want the system to take off your hands. If VIP is the wrong fit, we say so on the call.
- 3
Agreement
Scope, start date and the access you will grant for installation, written down. Then an invoice.
- 4
Installation
6 to 10 working days of hands-on work on your infrastructure, remote, scheduled around you.
- 5
Handover
An onboarding session, and every access handed back to you. Your personal enabler's first weeks start here.
- 6
A year of support
Updates, fixes, early features, and a team to call. Renewal is your decision, once a year.
After launch, nobody from HEADING OS can see your data
Everything runs on machines you own or rent: the engine, the local models, the memory server, the task tracker, your mail and calendar connections and your private data repository. During the 6 to 10 working days of installation the team works only through access you grant for that job.
At handover, the last step of those 6 to 10 days, that access goes back to you. From that moment you hold every key, every password and every account, and you can close any access at any time, without asking anyone and without breaking the system.
If a support case ever needs hands on your machine, you decide whether to open access, for how long, and you close it when the work is done.
- Your records are stored on your infrastructure and nowhere else.
- No standing remote access for the HEADING OS team.
- You can revoke any access at any moment.
Questions
What happens if we do not renew after the first year?
The system keeps working. It is installed on your infrastructure and belongs to you. Updates, VIP features and support stop at the end of the paid year.
Who can see our data?
You, and whoever you give access to. After handover nobody from HEADING OS has access. Your data stays on your infrastructure, and you control every account and every key. The only remote models it reaches are the ones you choose and pay for, such as your Claude subscription.
What do we need to provide?
A machine for the system to run on, yours or a cloud server you rent; a Claude subscription in your name; access to your mail and calendar for the setup; and a few hours of your time across the installation, mostly for the call, your voice and the handover. Exact machine requirements come out of the call, because they depend on which local models you want.
How long does installation take?
6 to 10 working days of hands-on work, scheduled after the agreement and around your calendar.
What does early access mean?
New features reach VIP installations before the public release, and some capabilities stay outside the public version altogether. Both arrive through your support year.
Who stands behind it?
Misha Hanin created HEADING OS and remains its architect; Jochanan Sommerfeld is co-architect of the whole system. VIP installations and support are delivered by a team, so your support year does not depend on one person's calendar.
Why a call, and not a buy button?
Places are limited, and each installation is fitted to one person. A call is the fastest way for both sides to know whether it will work.
