What that means
You may use, modify and distribute the engine, including commercially, as long as you keep the licence and the notices that come with it, and state the changes you made. The licence includes a patent grant from contributors and comes without warranty.

Trademarks
The licence does not grant permission to use trademarks. ODUN.ONE, TrustONE, and the 31 Concept name and marks are trademarks of 31 Concept, and any vocabulary in HEADING OS that resembles 31 Concept's does not imply its involvement.
