If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, the option you chose (install it yourself, or have it installed), the page you joined from, and the time.

It is stored in this website's own storage at here.now (Beanstalk AI, Inc.), the host of headingos.com. Visitors can add an address to the list but cannot read it; only the author, Misha Hanin, can. Nobody else receives it.

It is used for one thing: to tell you when the source opens and how installation and support will work. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

To be removed, write to admin@headingos.com with the subject line "HEADING OS waitlist removal". Your address is deleted from the list.

• No cookies, no advertising, no tracking pixels.
• Your theme choice, light or dark, is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you open a page.
• The hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

Some HEADING OS features ask for access to the user's own Google account, for example to keep an encrypted copy of their memory in their own Google Drive. That access is granted by the user on their own machine, used only for the feature they turned on, and the data goes only to their own account. Nothing reaches the author or this website.
